       1    Onion,chopped
 
       2 tb Butter or margarine
 
       1 cn Tomatoes(8oz)
 
       1 ts Salt
 
       3    Eggs,well beaten
 
       2 tb Hot pepper sauce
 
            Crackers
 
            Grated cheese
 
  
 
   1. In medium skillet, brown onion in butter; stir in tomatoes, salt, hot
 
   sauce and eggs.
 
   2. When mixture is cooked, pour over crackers and sprinkle with grated
 
   cheese.
