    1.00 c  Oil
    2.00 c  Sugar
    1.00 ts Salt
    1.00 ts Baking soda
    2.00 c  Grated zucchini
    2.00 ts Vanilla
    3.00 ts Cinnamon
    0.25 ts Baking powder
    3.00 c  Flour
    1.00 c  Walnuts, optional
 
   Mix wet ingredients, then add dry ingredients. Pour into loaf pans
   (2). Bake for an hour at 350.
