     1/2 c  Water
       4 oz Raisins
       1 lb Poppy seeds
       2 oz Figs; chopped
       2    Egg whites
            Cinnamon to taste
       1 tb Vanilla
       2 c  Apricot or raspberry jam
       1    Rind and juice of 1 lemon
     1/2 c  Unsalted butter
            Or parve margerine
       1    Rind and juice of 1 orange

       1 tb Cinnamon

       1 c  Orange marmalade; or apricot
       1 tb Vanilla

       2 tb Rum
