    1.50 lb Ground beef
    0.75 c  Quick oats
    1.00    Eggs
    0.25 ts Dry mustard
    0.25 c  Bell pepper
    1.00 pk Onion soup mix
    0.75 ts Salt
    0.13 ts Marjoram
  
   Mix all ingredients and put in casserole pan.  Place in dutch oven.
   Bake 1 hour, covered.
